Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with travel agents, and promoting the company's portfolio of DMCs, hotels, and tourism boards. This role involves sales strategy development, market analysis, client meetings, and managing partnerships to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly in destination management
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Indian market or a similar dynamic market
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
