Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Tollanis Solutions
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Tollanis Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or a professional with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to develop their career in sales and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive cold calls to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through targeted outreach and follow-up.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and nurture relationships for future business.
Collaborate closely with account managers and the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Utilize CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for tracking interactions and managing sales activities.
Represent Tollanis Solutions with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Continuously learn about our solutions and best practices in digital transformation and AI-driven selling.
Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and feedback loops for sales enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree (required); MBA is a plus
0-5 year experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is a distinct advantage.
Working knowledge of or similar project management tools is a plus.
Interest or some experience in AI-powered selling approaches is an added benefit.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and show high initiative.
Work Remotely in US Shift ( 9am to 5pm EST)
