Key Responsibilities:

1 Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B partners and clients.
  • Manage existing client portfolios to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring consistent communication and support.

2 New Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand the organization's B2B network.
  • Develop and execute plans to generate leads, close partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and partnership opportunities.

3 Individual Contributor Role

  • Independently manage the end-to-end business development cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth partner integration and delivery.
  • Achieve defined KPIs and sales targets while maintaining quality relationship standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • B.Tech background is an added advantage.
