About the Role

ZedPe ( Zedfly Innovations company) is looking for a proactive, dynamic, and relationship-driven Banking Alliances Manager to build and manage partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and payment aggregators.

This is a high-ownership role perfect for someone who understands digital payments, can drive banking partnerships end-to-end, and ensure seamless integration between financial partners and internal teams.

Youll be the key bridge between ZedPe and the Banking Ecosystem, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, settlement operations, and alliance growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, and financial institutions.
• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding — documentation, due diligence, rate negotiation, compliance clearance, and approval cycles.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Risk) to ensure smooth partnership integration and operations.
• Monitor and resolve daily operational, settlement, and reconciliation issues in coordination with partner banks and aggregators.
• Drive commercial negotiations, partnership renewals, and performance-based rate optimization.
• Ensure full compliance with RBI, NPCI, and other regulatory frameworks in all alliance activities.
• Explore and establish new partnership opportunities aligned with ZedPe's business and product expansion goals.
• Analyze payment gateway performance, success ratios, and dispute management to improve partner efficiency.
• Handle aggregator relationships, evaluate new PSPs, and ensure seamless integration for all payment modes (Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly reviews on alliance performance metrics.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Banking Alliances, Fintech Partnerships, or Payment Gateway Operations.
• In-depth understanding of payment systems, settlement processes, chargebacks, merchant acquiring, and digital banking infrastructure.
• Experience working with payment aggregators / acquirers such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PineLabs, etc.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Pay Range: Upto 70,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
