Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have Experience)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising / AdTech / Online Media / Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking / Real Estate / BFSI / Crypto / Gaming industry only.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience selling digital products/services (B2C experience will not be considered).
  • Proven track record in Client Acquisition, Brand Partnerships, and Global Brand Collaboration.
  • Strong exposure to end-to-end sales (from market research to client onboarding and retention).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Awareness of previously sold products/services and ability to articulate USPs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to start-up culture, and confidence in handling dynamic client scenarios.

Role Overview

As a Brand Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling demand-side partnerships with leading global brands. This role goes beyond traditional BD — it requires structured, insight-driven strategy with full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, from lead research to onboarding and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and lead research in categories like fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C.
  • Initiate strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Lead partnership conversations with brand/agency stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Build, retain, and expand long-term brand partnerships.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital product/service sales, partnerships, or client strategy.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in handling high-ticket deals (₹5L+/month preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a partnership-first mindset.
