Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have Experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising / AdTech / Online Media / Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking / Real Estate / BFSI / Crypto / Gaming industry only.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience selling digital products/services (B2C experience will not be considered).
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition, Brand Partnerships, and Global Brand Collaboration.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end sales (from market research to client onboarding and retention).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Awareness of previously sold products/services and ability to articulate USPs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to start-up culture, and confidence in handling dynamic client scenarios.
Role Overview
As a Brand Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling demand-side partnerships with leading global brands. This role goes beyond traditional BD — it requires structured, insight-driven strategy with full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, from lead research to onboarding and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and lead research in categories like fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C.
- Initiate strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Lead partnership conversations with brand/agency stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Build, retain, and expand long-term brand partnerships.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital product/service sales, partnerships, or client strategy.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in handling high-ticket deals (₹5L+/month preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a partnership-first mindset.
