This position is for a resource in the Channel Marketing team. The role requires supporting the sales partners with all marketing collaterals. The candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels at seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative Agency Management: Work with external creative agency partners in briefing, giving feedback, and executing communication creatives.
- Operational Skills: Well-versed in using AI tools for ideation and designing. Understands the guardrails of life insurance and uses that knowledge while developing communication. Has worked with Compliance and is well-versed with Compliance processes, filing of creatives for release.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support them with marketing material on a regular basis. Also be able to work closely with Product, Compliance, and other support functions.
- Campaign Development: Design and implement co-branded marketing creatives, product collaterals, and sales contest communication.
- Market Research: Go to branches on a regular basis, understand sales requirements, do consumer research and competition analysis to identify opportunities.
- Proven work experience as a Channel Marketing Manager in Life Insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
