Role: Business Development Manager / Executive (Referral Hospital Acquisition)

Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full-time, On-site

We are seeking dynamic BD Managers / Executives to drive Referral Hospital Acquisition. The role involves identifying potential hospitals, building partnerships, and onboarding them as referral partners for post-hospital homecare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire hospitals as referral partners for continuity care at home.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital management and decision-makers.
  • Drive hospital tie-ups to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless hospital onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong client acquisition & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets.
  • Graduate degree in Business / Marketing / Healthcare Management (preferred).
