- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
- Responsible for driving business expansion
- Overseeing high-level client relationships
- Meeting sales targets.

**Qualifications**:
**For Business Development Executive (BDE)**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**For Business Development Manager (BDM)**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Deep understanding of the medical equipment and healthcare industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales and account management.
- Ability to grasp technical information and present it effectively to clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Educational Background**:
Graduates or Postgraduates from various streams of Life Sciences, including (but not limited to) Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Pharmacology, Bioinformatics, Environmental Sciences, Botany, Zoology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Agriculture, and other related fields, are encouraged to apply.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
