Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Teach Maven is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic
  • Sales and Marketing team. Our Company offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business
  • development, client relationship management, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong
  • communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help the company expand by generating new business
  • prospects.
  • Pitch and market Teach Maven's services to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Plan and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Engage in career counselling for prospective students, understanding their learning objectives and recommending
  • relevant products.
  • Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling, with a focus on meeting monthly sales targets and revenue
  • goals.
  • A fast-paced work environment with a steep learning curve, and high growth potential.

Job Skills & Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in the education technology (Ed Tech) industry is required.
