Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explain about courses.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve students/parents queries in a professional manner.
- Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, students details, and outcomes in CRM/software.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex queries to the supervisor/manager when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Mature attitude, confident with a capability to discuss course with students.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Fluency in Bengali, English, Hindi.
- Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (freshers can apply).
- Prior experience in sales, BPO, or customer care is an added advantage.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Number of calls made/attended per day.
- Lead conversion rate / sales achieved.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Accuracy of data entry and call logs.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
