**Job Description: Telesales Executive**

**Location**: Moulali, Canal Street, Sealdah, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Work Schedule**:

- Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
