**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure closure
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telesales/telecalling (B2C or B2B)
- Strong communication skills in **Bengali, Hindi**, and basic **English**:

- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Comfortable with achieving targets and handling objections
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools
