**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Present, promote, and explain products/services to customers over the phone.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in domestic cold calling and telesales.
- Proficiency in **Hindi and Bengali** (both spoken and written).
- Experience in **FMCG telesales/cold calling** will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary**:₹12,000 - ₹20,000** (depending on last drawn salary and experience).
