**Telesales Team Leader**

**Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector 3**

**Position Overview**:
As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives and driving the team to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your leadership and guidance will be essential in building a high-performing telesales team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.

**Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

**Performance Management**: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and explore new lead generation opportunities to expand the customer base.

**Sales Reporting**: Create and maintain sales reports to track the team's progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

**Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Compliance**: Ensure that the team follows all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented and a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
- Bpo experience will add a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
