The Medhavi Foundation is empaneled with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and Basic Training Provider for the promotion of apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated **Telesales/MIS Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role combines tele-sales with management information system (MIS) reporting, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and report data effectively. As a Telesales/MIS Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, driving sales, and maintaining essential data to support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telesales Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers and admission agencies to promote products and services
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies
- Qualify leads and follow up on prospects to close sales
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers by offering excellent customer service
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and interactions

**MIS Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer data
- Analyze and organize sales data to assist management in decision-making
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of MIS data and documentation
- Support team members with data insights to improve sales strategies

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong team player

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience with MIS reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems
