Tripxone is looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Telesales Executives** to join our team on a freelance basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, love interacting with people, and want to earn high commissions from the comfort of their homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable package options.
- Convert leads into sales by building strong relationships and offering excellent customer service.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely responses to maximize conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Prior experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations across India (Himachal, Kashmir, Sikkim, Rajasthan, etc.) is a plus.
- Must have a smartphone, and a stable internet connection.
