  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and align with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage outbound sales teams to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand client needs and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and direction to improve productivity.
  • Deliver sales coaching to continuously enhance team capabilities and address performance gaps.
  • Oversee CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client relationships effectively.
