Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level BPO Outbound Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This full-time role demands a professional with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will spearhead outbound sales activities, manage sales teams, and drive sales improvements to increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Key expertise in team leadership, market analysis, and process improvement is mandatory.

- Capability in sales coaching to mentor sales staff, elevating their skills and performance.
- Proficient with CRM management to track customer interactions and maintain advantageous client relationships.
- Proven track record in account management, ensuring sustainable growth and satisfaction of client accounts.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and align with organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage outbound sales teams to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand client needs and identify new sales opportunities.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and direction to improve productivity.
- Deliver sales coaching to continuously enhance team capabilities and address performance gaps.
- Oversee CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client relationships effectively.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies that foster sustainable growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and issue resolution.
