Timings – 4AM(morning ) to 1 PM ( after noon)

Week Offs - Sunday (Fixed)

Every Saturday half day

Fixed Shifts

Pick Up Facility Provided

*Uncapped Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Salary : 17- 20k + Incentives( fresher)

21-24 k + incentives

( Experience in domestic sales, fluent English must or international sales or customer support experience, upselling done)

Upto 35 k + incentives ( experienced in international BPO in sales, preference to australian process/ any outbound process not customer support)

( Incentives On daily basis, weekly and monthly basis)

Education: minimum 12 th pass

 Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

 Great interpersonal skills.

 Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

 Strong organizational skills.

 Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

 Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

 Outstanding problem-solving skills.

 Exceptional attention to detail.

 Hard-working individual

Roles and Responsibilities

 Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.

 Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits.

 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.

 Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs.

 Record the customers' personal information accurately in the computer system.

 Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.

 Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

 Explaining the product and services offered by the company.
