Job Description

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. The role is based in Kirti Nagar and requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in B.A, B.Com or another relevant field is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have skills in sales, marketing, BPO sales, call center, telecaller, and telesales. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collating and analyzing data: The MIS Executive will gather data from various sources and analyze it to identify trends and patterns.

  2. Creating reports: The role involves creating detailed reports based on the data analysis conducted, which will be used by management for decision-making.

  3. Database management: The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company's database to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.

  4. Monitoring performance metrics: The candidate will track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes.

  5. Providing recommendations: Based on data analysis, the MIS Executive will provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Required skills and expectations:

  • Strong analytical skills: The candidate must have a keen eye for detail and be able to interpret data effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel: A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and report generation.

  • Good communication skills: The MIS Executive must be able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

  • Time management: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential for this role.

  • Problem-solving skills: The candidate should be able to identify issues and find solutions to improve processes.

Salary : 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
