We're looking for a confident and result-driven
Telemarketer (Night Shift)
who can connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and help us expand our footprint in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, builders, designers, and contractors in
    Canada and the U.S.
  • Pitch Ornate's products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and conversions in CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and provide product information when required.
  • Follow communication scripts, ensure polite and persuasive communication.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of
    telemarketing / inside sales / international BPO experience
    .
  • Excellent
    spoken and written English
    communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in
    night shift
    (U.S./Canada time zone).
  • Proven experience in
    lead generation or cold calling
    for international markets.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in
    interior design, construction, or home décor domain
    is a plus.
