We are seeking a motivated Sales & Inbound Calls Executive to manage bookings, convert customer inquiries into sales, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to bookings, pricing, BYOB rules, and venue information.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations / group bookings.
  • Promote offers, packages, and membership deals to boost sales.
  • Maintain follow-ups with leads for corporate events, parties, and group activities.
  • Log call details, customer information, and bookings in the CRM/POS system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the front-desk team to ensure smooth check-in flow.

Requirements

  • 12th pass or Graduate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to upsell packages and close leads confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM/POS experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in sales, call center, BPO, hospitality, or events.
  • Fluency in english and hindi languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
