Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant (Female Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female outbound sales consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into revenue-generating business opportunities through persuasive communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients
  • Convert leads into confirmed business deals
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales within Beauty, Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality, or EdTech sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident personality
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluent in English and/or regional languages as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
