Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Delegate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and promoting participation in industry-focused conferences by showcasing the value of staying updated on the latest trends and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1)Generate qualified leads via cold calling and social media, primarily targeting the pharmaceutical industry.

2)Promote upcoming conferences by articulating the learning benefits and industry relevance to prospective attendees.

3)Build strong client relationships and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3)Maintain accurate records of sales, delegate data, and support throughout the registration process.

Required Skill Set:
1)Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

2)Good interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive personality

3)Punctual, proactive, and eager to learn

4)Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines effectively
