Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive
, you will:
- Identify and engage
with potential sponsors, partners, corporates, and donors. - Promote and sell delegate registrations
for foundation events, summits, and honorary convocations. - Drive
sponsorship sales
for conferences, awards, and projects. - Build and nurture
long-term client relationships
for sustained growth. - Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and presentations
to pitch opportunities. - Maintain and update
CRM / database records
with accuracy. - Achieve and exceed
weekly/monthly sales & revenue targets
. - Support cross-functional teams with
partnership execution and client servicing
.
Desired Skills & Profile
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(not mandatory for self-learners). - 0–5 years of experience
in sales, sponsorship, delegate acquisition, or fundraising. - Strong
communication and negotiation skills
(verbal & written). - Ability to thrive in a
target-driven, mission-oriented
environment. - Familiarity with
digital platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools
preferred. - Passion for
social impact, philanthropy, and global development initiatives
.
