We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in South Indian Cuisine, to join our team at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing South Indian dishes.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian cuisine dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking South Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
