Mysuru Thindiies is a fast-growing, authentic South Indian restaurant brand based in Bangalore, expanding rapidly through franchising. We are on a mission to deliver the true taste of South India across India and globally.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Co-Founder & COO to scale operations, franchise business, and culinary excellence. Candidates with deep knowledge of South Indian cooking, menu engineering, recipe development, and localizing taste palates are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize daily business operations across all outlets
  • Engineer menus for profitability and customer appeal
  • Build, standardize, and innovate authentic recipes for scalability
  • Adapt offerings to suit diverse regional palates while upholding brand authenticity
  • Drive franchise acquisition, onboarding, and successful outlet launches
  • Develop and systematize processes for supply chain, operations, and staff training
  • Collaborate on brand strategy, business development, and marketing
  • Build and mentor diverse, high-performance teams
  • Form lasting partnerships with franchisees, suppliers, and industry stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • 8+ years in F&B, QSR, franchising, or hospitality management
  • Proven experience in menu engineering, cost management, and multi-unit operations
  • Strong ability to create and standardize recipes and localize menus
  • Practical knowledge and passion for South Indian cuisine
  • Strategic thinker, excellent team leader, and growth-driven
  • Willingness to join as a full-time, equity-owning Co-Founder
