What This Partnership Entails
Operational Leadership & Equity Ownership

• Join as
  Co-Founder & Chief Operating Partner
  with equity stake (to be discussed based on investment and time commitment)
• Own and drive operational excellence: supply chain, quality control, fulfillment, vendor relationships, and process optimization
• Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support 10x growth over the next 3-5 years
• Hold decision-making authority alongside the founding team on operational and strategic initiatives

Core Responsibilities

• Establish end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring full traceability and ethical sourcing
• Build relationships with raw material suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Implement quality control systems that uphold luxury standards at scale
• Design operational processes, SOPs, and systems that enable rapid scaling
• Execute expansion into high-value B2B markets: North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific
• Operationalize partnerships with luxury retailers, premium salons, and corporate clients
• Navigate regulatory requirements, customs, and cross-border logistics
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures to track operational performance

The Ideal Co-Founder: You've Done This Before

We're looking for someone who's
been in the trenches
—someone who knows what it takes to scale operations from ₹5 lakhs to ₹5 crores and beyond. You're at a career inflection point: experienced enough to avoid rookie mistakes, and hungry enough to build something that's truly yours.

Required Experience

• 10-15+ years of proven operational leadership
  in consumer goods, beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated track record of scaling operations
  in high-growth environments (3x-10x revenue growth)
• Experience as
  COO, VP Operations, General Manager, Head of Supply Chain, or Director of Operations
  at companies doing ₹10+ crores in revenue
• Hands-on expertise
  in supply chain management, vendor relations, quality control, and logistics
• Experience managing
  cross-functional teams
  and building operational infrastructure from the ground up
• Financial capability
  to invest ₹5-10 Lakhs as strategic capital and co-founder commitment
• Located in or willing to relocate to
  India
  (operations base) with willingness to travel internationally

Operational Expertise

• Deep understanding of
  supply chain management
  in consumer goods or beauty products
• Experience with
  international logistics, customs, and cross-border operations
• Proven ability to
  build systems and processes
  that scale efficiently
• Track record of
  vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Knowledge of
  quality assurance, compliance, and luxury product standards
• Familiarity with
  ERP systems, operational software, and data-driven decision making

Industry Experience (Preferred)

• Background in
  beauty, personal care, fashion, or luxury consumer goods
• Experience with
  B2B distribution models
  (wholesale, salon networks, corporate partnerships)
• Understanding of
  luxury brand operations
  and premium product handling
