About CruX HR

CruX HR is an early‑stage HR tech startup building a unified AI‑driven HRMS + ERP + recruitment platform for India and GCC mid‑market companies. The vision is to replace multiple fragmented HR tools with one integrated system that covers attendance, payroll, compliance, recruitment, and people analytics. The founding team brings 10+ years in HR and recruitment and is preparing a pre‑seed raise; now looking for a technical co‑founder to own the product and tech.

What you will own

  • Architect and build the first production‑ready MVP for our HRMS/HCM + ERP platform, from scratch.
  • Translate existing workflows and Figma designs into robust, scalable modules (core HR, time & attendance, payroll, basic ERP workflows, dashboards).
  • Define the tech stack (backend, frontend, cloud) and set up engineering best practices, CI/CD, security, and data protection.
  • Work closely with the founder on pilots with early customers in Bangalore/GCC, iterate fast based on real‑world feedback, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Hire and lead a small engineering team once the MVP is stable and funding is in.

Must-have requirements

  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience building and shipping web‑based products (SaaS/B2B preferred).
  • Mandatory: Strong practical experience with HRMS/HCM AND ERP – either implementing, integrating, or building these systems (e.g. core HR, payroll, time tracking, finance/operations modules).
  • Solid backend skills (Node/Java/.NET or similar), REST APIs, and data modeling for multi‑tenant applications.
  • Good frontend skills with a modern JS framework (React/Angular/Vue).
  • Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), security, and compliance for handling HR and payroll data.
  • Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and doing both strategy and hands‑on coding.
