Co-founder & CTO
, take full ownership of technology, and shape the future of a scalable SaaS-led marketplace.
What are we looking for
A hands-on technology leader who can architect, build, and scale a full-stack web application using the MERN stack — and is passionate about creating high-impact digital products from scratch.
Must-have Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, )
- Hands-on experience with API development, integrations, and database design
- Awareness and experience with third-party integrations such as:
- Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
- Google Ads, Meta Marketing APIs
- AWS / Cloud hosting and deployment
- Authentication, email, and analytics tools (Firebase, SendGrid, GA4, etc.)
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
- Capability to build scalable, modular architecture from the ground up
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience in SaaS platforms or marketplaces
- Exposure to automation, microservices, or AI-driven recommendation systems
- Interest in scaling teams and mentoring developers
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the
end-to-end tech build
of Leadzo (from MVP to scale) - Design a scalable architecture aligned with business and growth plans
- Develop and manage all product integrations (marketing, payments, communication, etc.)
- Collaborate with business, design, and growth teams to translate vision into product
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and data security
- Build and lead a small, agile tech team post-launch
