We are on a mission to create a new functional anti hangover categories consisting of Snacks, Mixers & Seasonings - all science backed and designed for the modern social lifestyle. If you are passionate about disruptive consumer brands and redefining how India celebrates, this is your calling.

Co-founder Opportunity

We are looking for a Co-founder to join our core team-someone ready to invest capital and commit deeply to scaling Tipsy Treats across India.

Your Role as Co-founder

  • Bring initial capital investment and long-term commitment
  • Co-lead go-to-market, distribution, and growth strategy
  • Take ownership of sales, marketing, operations or supply chain based on your strengths
  • Collaborate on product innovation, flavour development and launch readiness
  • Build and lead high-performance teams as we scale
  • Shape the culture, values and long-term roadmap of the company

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to co-build a bold brand from the ground up
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, D2C, wellness or the startup ecosystem
  • Strong execution skills with a bias for action
  • Willing to invest capital and take full ownership as a founding partner
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, hustle and the early-stage building journey
