• Join as a Co-Founder with significant equity stake in Emilio Beaufort

Capital Investment & Financial Stewardship

• Provide strategic investment to fuel aggressive growth, market expansion, and operational scaling
• Contribute to financial planning, capital allocation, and ROI optimization strategies

Market Expansion & Business Development

• Drive expansion into high-value markets across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific

Operational Excellence & Innovation

Investment & Equity Structure

Investment Range:
₹20 Lakhs – ₹50 Lakhs (negotiable based on involvement level and strategic value)

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven leadership experience
  in luxury goods, beauty, fashion, retail, or high-growth consumer brands
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving market expansion, or leading strategic transformations
• Strong network within luxury beauty, fashion, investment, or high-net-worth consumer ecosystems
• Entrepreneurial track record with evidence of building, growing, or successfully exiting businesses
• Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, premium consumer behavior, and high-touch customer experiences
• Financial acumen with experience in capital deployment, ROI analysis, and business modeling
• Ability to commit dedicated time and strategic focus to the business (this is not a passive investment)

Experience & Expertise (Preferred)

• Established relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, or salon networks globally
• Experience navigating international markets, regulatory environments, and cross-border operations
• Track record in fundraising, investor relations, or strategic partnerships
