Co-founder role with significant equity ownership.
You'll drive our technical vision from MVP to market leadership, architecting scalable AI systems while building world-class engineering teams.

What You'll Own

Technical Architecture

  • Design AI orchestration systems with multi-model cognitive routing and RAG frameworks
  • Lead development of voice-native intelligence and component lifecycle platforms
  • Build enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with scalable performance

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and scale high-performing engineering teams engineers)
  • Drive R&D initiatives in hardware-specific AI applications
  • Align technical roadmap with business objectives and market demands

Business Impact

  • Contribute to fundraising efforts and investor relations
  • Ensure industry compliance (IEEE, IEC, GDPR) and enterprise readiness
  • Shape go-to-market strategy through technical innovation

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements

  • 10+ years
    in software/AI development with proven track record
  • 5+ years
    in CTO or senior technical leadership roles
  • Advanced degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Deep AI/ML expertise
    : LLMs, RAG systems, cognitive architectures, prompt engineering
  • Hardware domain knowledge
    : Power electronics, embedded systems, component lifecycle management
  • Investment capacity
    : ₹25+ lakhs personal investment demonstrating long-term commitment

Preferred Experience

  • Startup founder or early technical hire experience
  • B2B SaaS or engineering tools background
  • Full-stack development and DevOps expertise
  • Successfully scaled technical teams and shipped AI products to production
