Job Title: Demand Generator (Player/Coach) Location: Hyderabad Time : PM ​Role OverviewWe are seeking a Demand Generator (Player/Coach) to own and scale our new -pipeline engine—from first click to SQL—while leading a four -person growth pod. This role combines strategic oversight with hands -on execution across paid media, outbound, channel partnerships, and marketing operations.Key Responsibilities Pipeline Architecture: Launch and optimize repeatable LinkedIn, Search, and Retargeting campaigns. Own weekly performance dashboards and reporting. Team Leadership: Manage a cross -functional pod including Performance Marketer, SDR, Channel Sales Manager, and Marketing Ops Lead. Run agile growth sprints, coach ICs, and remove blockers. ABM Launch (by Month 3): Build tiered account lists, activate intent signals, and execute 1:few ad programs. Partner Marketing: Drive co -marketing campaigns with partners (e.g., Oracle, Infor), including webinars, events, and content collaborations. Ops & Attribution: Maintain UTM -to -CRM data accuracy (≥95%), ensure robust lead scoring, routing, and attribution frameworks.Success Metrics MetricTarget (Q1–Q2)Qualified SQLs≥ 47 per quarterCPL (paid blend)≤ $160MQL → SQL Conversion≥ 18%Partner -sourced Opps≥ 3 per quarterAttribution Accuracy≥ 95% RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile Experience: 5–8 years in enterprise SaaS demand generation (6–12 -month sales cycles). Experience managing ≥3 ICs while remaining hands -on. Skills: Strong in LinkedIn & Google Ads, CRO, multi -touch attribution, HubSpot/SFDC, and agile growth methodologies. Bonus: Experience launching ABM programs, working with channel/partner ecosystems, or operating in DAP/ERP/digital transformation domains. Mindset: Pipeline -obsessed. Transparent coach.
