Job Description: Demand Generation RepresentativeLocation: Hyderabad, India - Hybrid Remote (3 days onsite, 2 remote)Role OverviewThe Demand Generation Representative will act as the frontline engine for revenue growth, blending the responsibilities of Business and Sales Development and digital demand generation. This is a role designed for someone who can execute outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and digital campaign activities all with the goal of building a high-quality sales pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Sales DevelopmentProspect into target accounts and personas (Service Leaders, CIOs, Warranty Managers, Parts Directors) using multi-channel outreach (email, Linked In, phone).Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives.Build and maintain accurate pipeline data in Hub Spot CRM.Digital Demand GenerationPartner with marketing to execute campaigns (email nurtures, webinars, content syndication, Linked In ads).Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, MQL → SQL) and suggest optimizations.Support demand capture around industry events and conferences (pre-event outreach, post-event follow-up).Collaboration & FeedbackProvide continuous insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging, campaigns, and targeting.Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to design account-based GTM strategies.Deliver weekly reports on meetings booked, pipeline sourced, and campaign impact.Tools You’ll UseHub Spot – CRM & marketing automationLinked In Sales Navigator – targeted prospecting & outreachZoom Info – account intelligence, contacts, intent dataEmail Automation Tools – Hub Spot Sequences, Outreach, or similarDigital Ad Platforms – Linked In Ads, Google AdsQualifications2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or demand generation roles (preferably Saa S or enterprise tech).Familiarity with manufacturing, field service, or industrial/automotive/medical equipment industries is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to hold executive-level conversations.Data-driven, self-starter mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
