Job Title: Demand Generation Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the companys products, solutions, and target market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and decision-makers.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
  • Support sales executives in managing the sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales qualification targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a reputed business school (preferably with specialization in Marketing/Sales/Business Development).
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales, customer interaction, and business growth.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
