Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
  • Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications
  • Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation
  • Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups
  • Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies
  • Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation
  • Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams
Essential Requirements
  • Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years' experience  in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
  • Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
