We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, CCM Engagement

Business: CCM CCO, Engagement & Reporting

Principal responsibilities

• Contributing to the overall CCM engagement strategy and implement a framework for the creation and distribution of key assets and artefacts across the Value Stream.
• Creating and managing engagement strategies across CCM across multiple platforms and channels.
• Interfacing with CIB Comms to ensure that engagement and communications are socialized with key stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Working with respective initiative leads and key stakeholders to create, compile and manage key artefacts across the Value Stream that drive CCM strategy, including the creation and distribution of emails in Poppulo and notifications in Pendo.
• Leading conversations with external agencies to manage the production of CCM related videos and content.
• Working with respective initiative leads and key stakeholders to conceptualize and produce internal campaigns that increase awareness (and adoption) of new initiatives and platforms within key markets and across CCM COO.
• Organising, setting up, and hosting CCM online and offline events, including offsites, townhalls, showcases, demos etc.
• Creating relevant, engaging materials and assets for distribution through CCM Services, including infographics, videos, images and written content.
• Work with external agencies where needed to produce the required marketing collateral to enhance internal visual offering and storytelling.
• Build and maintain business relationships to support strategic change across CCM.
• Consolidate MI to deliver insightful analysis to senior management, recommend the necessary MI tools and define reports to be used by management.

• Group & Regional teams
• Other Risk sub-functions – global and regional
• The Associate Director, Resource and Finance will work with senior management and programme sponsors.
• Other stakeholders on projects will include (as demanded by specific project need):
• Other IT delivery functions
• Other Transformation functions
• Regulatory authorities
• Other service delivery functions
• Data service providers
• Software, data and service vendors
• The Associate Director, Resource and Finance will interact equally with senior management of stakeholder groups and line staff as necessary.

Requirements :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project and stakeholder management.
• Experience with creative platforms (Adobe suite, Figma etc.) is a plus. 
• Experience with email platforms is a plus.

• Good understanding of financial services
• Experience of having responsibility for recruitment, resourcing, procurement across regions with complexities
• Ability of working in complex multi-jurisdiction and multi-cultural environments
• Evidence of managing and satisfying multiple stakeholders and perspectives in a fluid and changing environment
• High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
• Relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
• Good organizational, time management and planning skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Oracle Fusion, GPDM, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, BI Dashboards
