Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Demand Generation Associate with 35 years of experience to lead our efforts in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing multi-channel campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, content, events, social, etc.) to drive pipeline growth. - Own and optimize the marketing funnel from lead acquisition to MQL SQL closed-won. - Partner with sales, content, and product marketing to craft targeted campaigns by persona and segment. - Manage and scale paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, and partner channels. - Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) to measure and improve performance. - Analyze campaign ROI, CAC, and pipeline metrics to optimize budget allocation. - Experiment with ABM and retargeting campaigns to engage high-value accounts. What We're Looking For : - 35 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Has managed and optimized multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid, email, content syndication, and events, with ownership of pipeline and budget performance. - Demonstrated success in building full-funnel campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, accelerate conversion, and consistently meet or exceed pipeline and MQL/SQL targets. - Deep understanding of demand generation channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, webinars, content marketing, email nurture, and ABM programs. - B2B SaaS experience is mandatory, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS environment.
