Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in Surat to lead school partnerships and drive the adoption of our Robotics & AI programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B school sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with school leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new schools for Robotics and AI programs in Surat and nearby regions.
- Conduct school visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to principals and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partner schools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Prior experience selling to schools (Robotics, STEM, Labs, Publishing, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
