Job Title: B2B sales executive - Export
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to lead and expand our domestic and international business in the dairy/FMCG segment, starting with Ghee and Flavored Milk. The role focuses on developing partnerships through Contract Manufacturing, Job Work, and White Labelling, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and acquire B2B clients in both domestic and export markets for Ghee, Flavored Milk, and related dairy products.
 - Drive contract manufacturing, white labelling, and private label partnerships with FMCG companies and distributors.
 - Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, and close high-value B2B deals.
 
Export Management
- Handle end-to-end export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics partners.
 - Ensure compliance with export regulations (APEDA, FSSAI, country-specific import norms, certificates of origin, etc.).
 - Maintain knowledge of international market requirements and product registration processes.
 
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, institutional buyers, and channel partners.
 - Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
 - Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events.
 
Market & Sales Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, pricing trends, and competitor movements.
 - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual B2B sales targets.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
 - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, Dairy, or Food Processing industries.
 - Mandatory experience in both domestic and export B2B sales (excluding HoReCa segment).
 Strong understanding of:
Contract Manufacturing / Job Work / White Labelling models
- Export compliance and documentation processes
 Channel and distributor management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
