Role & responsibilities :

  1. Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote rubber thread, rubber band, and latex products.
  2. Market development and customer engagement.
  3. Provide after-sales support and resolve minor customer queries.
  4. Execute promotions, maintain reporting & documentation.
  5. Maintain daily sales logs, customer visit reports, and feedback summaries

Preferred candidate profile :

  1. Prior exposure to the Rubber Thread / Rubber Band / Latex industry is strongly preferred.
  2. Experience in local market sales, especially dealer network & B2B.
  3. Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to market conditions.

Experience Required :

Minimum 7 to 12 years experience in B2B background or rubber band industry-related fields. Preference for individuals with local market experience, especially in dealer/distributor or B2B market networks.
