Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Corporate Sales and Marketing Trainer based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The trainer will conduct sales and corporate training sessions, design and implement effective sales strategies, and guide teams in mastering sales processes to achieve organisational goals. Responsibilities also include delivering customer service training sessions, evaluating team performance, and ensuring best practices in sales and customer engagement are consistently applied across the organisation. The
training programs are primarily aimed at engaging and boosting the performance of both existing sales team members and newly onboarded professionals.
The trainer will play a crucial role in integrating new members while upskilling the current team to achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering Sales and Corporate Training programs
- Deep understanding of Sales Processes and strategies
- Expertise in Customer Service training and best practices
- Proven track record in Sales with the ability to translate experience into actionable coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate teams
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit hybrid work environments
- Relevant experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customised training modules that address real estate prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, closing deals, and client retention, tailored for both new hires and experienced sales staff.
• Deliver interactive virtual sessions incorporating role-plays, real estate market scenarios, and Q&A to effectively engage all team members.
• Motivate and coach all levels of sales professionals to enhance their sales effectiveness and confidence.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure training supports business goals and smooth integration of new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, measure progress, and report performance for both existing and new sales staff.
Preferred:
• Sales training or coaching certification.
• Successful track record in training real estate professionals.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and market dynamics.
