Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver comprehensive training modules on the ServiceNow platform tailored to the corporate environment and specific business needs (e.g., IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HRSD, etc.).
  • Conduct intensive, hands-on sessions over the 10-day period, ensuring participants gain practical, working knowledge of the platform.
  • Develop and update high-quality training materials, presentations, exercises, and documentation.
  • Assess participant understanding and progress through quizzes, practical assignments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees, addressing specific questions and challenges related to their roles.
  • Gather feedback on the training program and recommend improvements for future sessions.
  • Ensure the training content aligns with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 6 to 10 years of professional experience in IT consulting, implementation, development, or administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Training Expertise: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a corporate trainer or technical instructor, specifically focusing on ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or other relevant modules are highly desirable.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep, functional, and technical understanding of core ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage, motivate, and manage a classroom of professionals.
