About the Role:

We're looking for a
dynamic, extroverted, and smart Sales Trainer

who can not only train but also lead by example If you love closing deals, motivating teams, and staying ahead with the latest sales tools and AI trends this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach sales teams on effective prospecting, outreach, and closing techniques.

  • Develop sales scripts, frameworks, and strategies for LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.

  • Conduct live demos and assist in deal closures when required.

  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve conversion rates.

  • Stay updated with new-age tools and technologies (CRM, email marketing, sender tools, AI-based sales tools).

  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, and mock sessions.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or sales training.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — fluent and confident speaker.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email automation, and AI sales tools.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes.

  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of teams.
