Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in the insurance sector and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions to client inquiries.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products and services.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer support role within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
