Hiring for Sr.Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)

Location: Mumbai

Shift: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days/Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist US-based customers.
  • Resolve queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs (TAT, CSAT, Resolution Rate).
  • Confidence in handling sales objections and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with target-based roles and night shifts.

Who Can Apply?

  • Minimum 06 -1 year's experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)
  • HSC qualified also can Apply
  • Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working night shifts & rotational shifts
  • Must have all documents ready (KYC ID's, Education Marksheets & Work Experience Proofs)

Shift & Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift + 1-hour break
  • 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
  • Night shift (US/Graveyard Shift hours)
