As an Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and creativity, while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Qualification: Hotel Management Qualification-Graduate / 3-year Diploma
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, English, and Hindi languages would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an executive kitchen role.
- Proficiency in vegetarian cuisine preparation is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends.
- Strong culinary creativity is a must.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations is essential.
- Capable of offering guidance and overseeing kitchen personnel.
- Salary will not be a limiting factor for the suitable candidate
