  • Qualification: Hotel Management Qualification-Graduate / 3-year Diploma
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, English, and Hindi languages would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an executive kitchen role.
  • Proficiency in vegetarian cuisine preparation is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends.
  • Strong culinary creativity is a must.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations is essential.
  • Capable of offering guidance and overseeing kitchen personnel.
  • Salary will not be a limiting factor for the suitable candidate
