- Perform basic mise-en-place tasks (cutting vegetables, grinding spices, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
- Assist in setting up buffet counters or live cooking stations, when required.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food service.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain cost efficiency.
- Adhere to all food safety and kitchen safety protocols.
