We are a premium resort in Thrissur offering our guests a blend of comfort, nature, and exceptional hospitality. Our café is a key part of the guest experience, serving fresh, flavorful, and creative dishes. We are looking for a talented and passionate Café Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver memorable culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of café-style dishes, snacks, and beverages.
- Develop creative menus featuring local and international flavors.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness as per resort standards.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff when required.
- Coordinate with the resort management for smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef / Café Chef / Commis Chef in a café, bistro, or resort.
- Knowledge of continental, Indian, and café-style cuisines.
- Passion for food innovation and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
