Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the Modern Trade Lead on developing the current business and on-boarding new Modern Trade accounts; thereby aligning to the company objective
- Responsible for achieving the monthly & yearly targets for the Modern Trade accounts
- Should be able to handle the sales via (I) the Distributors & (II) directly from Company CFAs to –
- Modern Trade accounts like Apollo pharmacy, Wellness forever, Reliance Retail, Dmart, Spar, ABRL etc
- And to Cash and Carry accounts like – Walmart (Flipkart)
- Negotiation & generation of POs from purchase managers & buyers.
- Coordinate with Distribution team for smooth availability of stocks basis forecast & Servicing of POs with 100% Fill rate
- Managing & Listing of new SKUs in Key Accounts – start to end operations.
- Following up with commercial managers of MT account for reconciliation.
- Analysis & studying the competition products
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Any graduate, Good to have: MBA (Marketing)
Experience
4 to 9 years of modern trade experience
- Therapy/Department: Consumer health care – Modern trade team
- Industry Preference: Pharma, healthcare, FMCG
